DSOAs Cedre Villas Project Receives Excellent Response at Cityscape Dubai 2009

Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority (DSOA) today announced that its Cedre Villas Project received excellent response at Cityscape Dubai 2009.
Located within the gated community of Dubai Silicon Oasis on the Emirates Road, the villas offer residents an exclusive club house, a shopping complex, health and leisure facilities, swimming pools, schools and academies, hospitals, play areas and other lifestyle necessities.
Eng. Muammar Al Katheeri, Chief Officer – Engineering Management at Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority, said: “We participated in Cityscape Dubai 2009 with a strong competitive offering, comprising a ready-to-move-in product at DSO as well as up to 90 per cent financing offer from Dubai Islamic Bank - both of which benefited serious investors at the exhibition.”
“The investors who used our Cityscape Dubai special limousine service to visit the project were impressed with the high quality-space and the overall value proposition that the units offer, when benchmarked against similar developments in the market. We are happy to conclude our participation in Cityscape Dubai 2009 on a high note.”
The 400 villas comprise the first phase of the project and include Executive Villas, Twin Villas, and Town Houses. The villas are available with three architectural models - Modern, Traditional, and Islamic - and are being offered at very competitive rates in relation to current market prices.
Dubai Silicon Oasis is a wholly-owned entity of the Government of Dubai and operates as a free zone technology park for the semiconductor, microelectronic and other high technology-based companies looking to set up their regional headquarters and R&D facilities in the Middle East and Africa region.
The 8th edition of Cityscape Dubai has brought together over 30,000 high-ranked real estate investors, developers, financiers, consultants, government bodies, architects, and urban planners.
