30 UAE nationals from RAK employed in the retail sector of Dubai

ENDP has helped employ 30 nationals from RAK in the retail sector of Al Tayer Group during the course of an open day that ENDP organized last weekend.
Candidates who are now hired to work in the retail sector will undergo training courses that aim to enhance their skills. ENDP aims to provide the candidates with training sessions related to the field they are to be employed in.
The seven week long training program covers unique retail strategies, and has 24 levels that teach the trainees the principles of working in the retail industry. The first level introduces candidates to the program and its objectives. The second is about the aptitude and attitude of the candidate while the third level revolves around job skills, managerial expectations and finding innovative ways of adapting to the new work environment.
The forth level introduces candidates to the different facets of the retail industry in Dubai and the importance of customer service and job skills. It also covers the principles of retail industry and the importance of time management skills.
The remaining levels include field visits, performance assessments, adaptation skills, and a program to assess candidate’s skills and their willingness to achieve their objectives, English language skills, IT skills, and translation skills
