• Development wins Best High-Rise Architecture, Best Apartment honours


• Hircon International’s project wins prestigious award for 3^rd year in row

23 Marina, the luxurious residential tower being developed by Hircon International at Dubai Marina, has won two coveted awards at the prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2008. The development won the Best High-Rise Architecture in Dubai award in the five-star category and the Best Apartment in Dubai award in the four-star category.
 
23 Marina, one of the tallest dedicated residential towers in the world, has now won honours at the CNBC Arabian Property awards for three years in succession. The development won the Best Architecture (Dubai) awards in the 4-star category in 2006 and the Best Marina Development (Dubai) honour in the 4-star category in 2007.
 
The CNBC Arabian Property Awards are a key indicator of the ever increasing standards of real estate development in the Middle East. The entries for the awards are judged by a panel of well-respected experts from complementary fields and the awards are incomparable by any other industry recognition in the region.
 
In his comments on the prestigious recognition, Mr Darshan Hiranandani, Director of Hircon International, said: “It is a matter of great privilege to be receiving this prestigious CNBC Arabian Property Awards for the third consecutive year. The awards are a testimony to 23 Marina’s exemplary design and quality standards. The 380-metre tall 23 Marina boasts of 48 exclusive duplex apartments located on the top 24 floors, each with its own private plunge pool, Jacuzzi and internal elevator. In addition, the tower''''''''s entrance will feature a six-storey high lobby with panoramic elevators. Three luxurious penthouses adorn the topmost level of the tower with a 64-meters-high steel pineal erected from the roof making it an architectural marvel.

Other amenities include concierge services, landscaped gardens, jogging track and a temperature controlled swimming pool. There are leisure decks at three levels, a business floor and a coffee parlor, exclusively for residents of the tower. Apart from this, 23 Marina will also feature 57 pools, 62 elevators and 8 levels of car parks.
Hircon International also plans to develop another residential project in Dubai.
