  • Pioneering fault-tolerant facility to revolutionize Gulf IT services

Injazat Data Systems, a Leading Information Technology and Business Process Managed Services provider in the region, has announced that it has obtained the first Tier IV Data Centre design certification in the region.. Strategically located in Abu Dhabi’s Mohammed Bin Zayed City, the 6,660-square-metre facility will provide the highest level of performance, redundant capacity and physical security to supporting stringent business requirements.

Designed to efficiently serve diverse industries such as telecommunications, financial services, transportation, government, defence, health, oil and gas, the Data Centre will provide reliable, secure, and high-value 24-hour IT managed services incorporating IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) standards to its valued clients. The business-based services of the new Centre cover Storage Management, Network Management, Security and Privacy, and Workplace Management.

The United Arab Emirates (UAE) is developing at a rapid pace, thus intensifying national demand for I T services and capabilities. Both the private and government sectors face the challenge of developing and delivering new products and services which take advantage of the latest IT techniques and trends that utilize best practices to achieve operational and cost efficiencies.

“The Injazat Tier IV Data Centre promises to change the face of IT services in the UAE and across the Gulf. This new facility will easily support the advanced IT needs of the rapidly growing local and Gulf markets. We are confident that the Centre will be a major contributor to multi-sector growth and act as a catalyst for enhanced IT service standards throughout the UAE and the region,” said Ibrahim Lari, CEO Injazat Data Systems.

“The Injazat Premier Data Centre is the first data centre outside North America to receive a Tier IV Design Certification by The Uptime Institute. This Tier IV Certification establishes an industry precedent in the region and we are proud to be the first to construct such a high level Centre” concluded Ahmed Tawfiq, Data Centre Manager, Injazat Data Systems
